Provider Manager (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• As a Provider Manager (m/f/d), you monitor and review the performance and SLAs of suppliers and service providers in terms of quality, costs, and risk management
• You routinely manage contracts and agreements, review performance data with the service managers and prepare reports 
• You will be involved in tenders and contract design, thus laying important foundations for effective provider management  
• You will ensure a good, continuous dialogue between Vaillant Group Business Services and the service providers by organizing and conducting regular commercial meetings 
• Your tasks also include the monitoring of changes in the area of Provider Management 
• In addition, you will be involved in the design and implementation of processes in the Shared Service Center

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Completed studies in the field of IT, economics or comparable training 
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function related to controlling of and in contract negotiations with IT service providers 
• Experience in project management as well as knowledge in controlling 
• Good knowledge of ITIL or another IT service management framework 
• You have a strong sense of responsibility, coupled with reliability and independence 
• Your very good English and German and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels
