Process Manager Sales (m/f/d) Lead-to-Order

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • As a Process Manager Sales you will participate actively into design, execution, evaluation, measurement and control of Group Sales Processes under Lead-to-Order (L2O) perspective and across the overall value chain
  • You will analyze and break down the current heterogeneous L2O situation across our National Sales Companies and establish the harmonized proposal to standardize tasks and processes in a more efficient way to increase time-to-market, reduce costs and increase overall process productivity
  • In this role you also act as a Product Owner and therefore establish program priorities and handle the product backlog, ensuring deployment activities are executed according to agreed planning, budget, specifications and quality standards.
  • Your tasks include development and maintain business process documentations that will be used as references for preparing test cases and training documents
  • You pro-actively guide and manage cross-functional teams in an international environment to develop business process requirements and solutions
  • You will also provide the management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, business administration, information technology or a comparable course of study
  • You already have professional experience in a business process orientated role and in project management, understanding of supply chain and finance processes is beneficial
  • Ideally you have worked with process & project management tools (e.g. Confluence, Aris) and know process improvement methods (e.g. six sigma)
  • You have knowledge of sales CRM and operational processes including B2B lead, sales steering and funnel management, account management, sales incentives, loyalty, offer and contract management, and product registration.  Working knowledge of Salesforce products is a must, and SAP experience an advantage
  • Thanks to your business fluent English skills and your open and trustworthy personality, you communicate confidently at all levels
