Method Specialist (m/f/d) Requirements Engineering
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Your task is the user-oriented provision and continuous further development of requirements engineering & management methods throughout the Vaillant Group
- You will be responsible for the recording and classification of user feedback as well as the coordination and synchronisation with process and tool owners to ensure a uniform way of working and will document and update the rules and regulations for the application of the methods
- You will independently organise and conduct international workshops for the continuous improvement of existing methods, and you will also be responsible for planning and coordinating training courses
- You will be responsible for the conceptual development of the training portfolio, independently document selected training contents and qualify, commission and coordinate external training service providers
- You will be responsible for organising and managing the expert community and the associated working groups, including the recruitment, induction and professional development of the experts from various specialist areas
- You will ensure cross-departmental and cross-location user support, advise internal customers on the methods, take part in specialist conferences organised by external organisers and work actively in international and interdisciplinary teams
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have a Master's degree in business informatics, engineering, economics or similar and have several years of professional experience in the field of requirements engineering and management.
- You have a CPRE AL or CPRE EL certificate or comparable and are experienced in working with ALM solutions, preferably with Siemens Polarion.
- Your excellent written and spoken German and English as well as your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently at all levels.
- You convince with your strong communication skills, your motivating nature, empathy, initiative, organisational skills and enjoy working in international teams

- You are willing to travel approx. 10 days a year in the course of your work
