Marketing Process Manager (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Report to the Global Process Owner (GPO) and act as a process consultant for Marketing-to-Lead (M2L) processes and products, including loyalty, B2C lead management, training, and websites
- Collaborate with product and process managers, local key users, and the GPO to research pain points, analyze the competitive landscape, and refine/enhance each process step
- Document processes, forecast expected results, analyze enhancements, and make further adjustments as needed
- Represent M2L in the Digital Process World (DPW) project and ensure collaboration with other DPW streams
- Support the GPO as a project manager in steering the Customer Experience Strategy Project, aiming to achieve a seamless customer experience across the entire customer journey by harmonizing and enhancing the global digital tool ecosystem of Sales, Marketing and Service
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- With your successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or comparable with focus on marketing you have the necessary tools of the trade
- You gained profound professional experience in project and process management or product management
- As an advantage you bring expertise in sales and marketing processes, with experience in loyalty and lead management processes
- Your experience in change management and you “self-starter-mindset" with strong sense of ownership and initiative help you to successfully complete your tasks
- Due to your very good English and your open and trustworthy personality you communicate confidently on all levels and are able to manage various stakeholders
