Lead Architect HVAC Data (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As the Lead Architect HVAC Data (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the continuous definition, development, and management of the HVAC Data architecture to achieve a coherent end-to-end oriented HVAC system design.
- You will act as the interface between the Lead Architecture and the Data Group team to align architectural decisions and to ensure the adherence of a group-wide Data Governance, Data Security, Data Protection and Data Compliance.
- Based on a proper understanding of stakeholder needs, you are elaborating an architectural strategy that ensures a future proof, harmonized and scalable HVAC Data model for our connected solutions.
- You are continuously synchronizing with multiple experts and stakeholders to define architectural specifications and guardrails.
- You are driving architectural decision-making achieving trade-offs between stakeholder and system requirements as well as architectural constraints.
- You are contributing to the project roadmap creation by analyzing effects of new customer needs towards the system architectures within the roadmap sprint process.
- You are ensuring the use of up to date and best practice methods and tools within the architecture community and you are enabling the team in using those.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have successfully graduated in computer science, physics, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You can rely on experience as data engineer and/or data analyst and possess basic knowledge of Data-/Streaming- and/or IoT- Architectures. Experiences in the field of Data Security are beneficial with the willingness for further induction.
- You have a professional background in the development of mechatronic systems (HVAC industry or Automotive), including insights into markets, technologies, products, suppliers, customer needs and competition.
- Your excellent communication skills as well as your pro-active, self-driven work attitude and motivation set you apart
- You are experienced in moderating between different stakeholders communicating confidently at all levels.
- Your business fluent English skills (German is a plus) and your structured way of working, combined with a high degree of initiative and motivation, complete your profile.
