Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) Electronics Hardware
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) Electronics Hardware you elicit and refine requirements for the hardware of electronic control units (functions, interfaces, etc.), taking into account product, standard requirements and stakeholder expectations in close cooperation with the system architects and the development teams
- You will analyze the system requirements, provide feedback, clarify issues with stakeholders and obtain explicit approval
- Your responsibilities will include the creation and maintenance of an electronics hardware specific requirements library and you will ensure the harmonization of requirements in collaboration with other requirements managers
- As requirements engineer/management coach you support the cross-functional project teams
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable field of study
- You have sound professional experience in the area of embedded electronic hardware
- You have already used an ALM tool (e.g. Polarion) for requirements management
- Your knowledge of requirements management is underpinned by knowledge of methods and standards in electronics development
- A requirements management qualification according to IREB or comparable would be desirable
- You have gained initial experience with model-based methods (MBSE, SysML)
- Your German and English language skills are business fluent and you are able to express even complex technical contexts precisely
- You round off your profile with strong communication skills and team spirit in combination with a high degree of initiative and motivation
