IT Coordinator (m/f/d) Sales and Marketing

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will take over the comprehensive consulting and support of decantral and central employees in Sales & Marketing in the administration and support of specific IT applications
• At the same time, you act as contact person / administrator for the applications in Salesforce central, Salesforce Mobile App and Filemaker as well as further future applications and systems for Vaillant Germany
• In addition, you will be the first point of contact for the sales consultants in case of hardware and software problems
• The administration, master data maintenance, error analysis and conceptual, process-oriented further development (participation) of the standard applications are also part of your job 
• You are responsible for the creation of evaluations (using SQL database queries, Access / Excel detailed knowledge)
• You will support and participate in IT-related projects to implement the needs of users and customers and closely coordinate with the requirements of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial field with an IT background you have the necessary tools of the trade
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT, marketing and sales
• Your comprehensive Salesforce experience, MS Office knowledge (esp. MS Excel and MS Teams & Sharepoint) and your IT affinity are what make you stand out
• You are fluent in German and English at a business level 
• Team spirit, organizational talent and a quick perception round off your profile
