HR Manager Diversity & Inclusion (m/f/d)


  • Design & implementation of the Global D&I Strategy in all diversity dimensions based on the status quo and considering future trends
  • Define and establish globally consistent D&I frameworks to promote a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Establish and work with (internal) Diversity Committee and external advisors to strengthen the diversity strategy and process
  • Planning, management, coordination, and implementation of global diversity measures and events to achieve the D&I goals of the company in close cooperation with local D&I coordinators
  • Review, optimization, and implementation of diversity aspects in HR related & company-wide processes as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of all internal and external communication campaigns for respective D&I activities in close cooperation with Corporate Communication & Employer Branding
  • Measuring the benefits and impacts of D&I within the organization (Preparation of a regular reporting on the status of Diversity & Inclusion for top management)
  • Ensuring compliance with country diversity and equality legislation
  • Through experience and in-depth D&I knowledge acting as an internal ambassador for all D&I initiatives
  • Ongoing monitoring of diversity trends


  • Successfully completed studies in economics, social sciences, humanities or psychology.
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment (organisational development, diversity management (gender, ethnic origin, sexual orientation & identity, disability, age/generation, etc.).
  • High level of customer orientation and commitment, agility, intercultural competence and initiative
  • High sense of responsibility and familiarity with working in an international environment 
  • Strong advisory and communication skills enable the candidate to convincingly present concepts and measures and confidently represent D&I goals to our internal clients
  • Team player with quick comprehension and ideally with experience in moderating and conducting events and workshops
  • Fluent English and preferably German language skills
