Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) you will take over project management and work closely with internal departments as well as external agencies
- You will create and develop new web-based tools as well as apps for the entire Vaillant Group
- Your task is the active further development of the Vaillant design guidelines and implementation of the UI/UX design processes in coordination with stakeholders and partners
- You will create briefings and define the associated relevant KPI's
- Planning design research to identify user needs, trends and competitors are part of your responsibilities
- The documentation, presentations as well as the daily work with the design specifications according to the Vaillant design process are part of your responsibilities
- You will be able to efficiently use your technical skills in the implementation of digital processes and technologies
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- With your degree in human-machine interaction, media design or a comparable education, as well as several years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer in digital agencies or corporate environments, you have the required tools of the trade
- You have experience with design systems and a good knowledge of common design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma and InVision
- You also have hands-on experience with common UX methodologies (user research, persona, wireframes, usability testing, etc.)
- Skills in motion graphics and motion design or experience with animation software such as Adobe After Effects/ Lottie, Flow, Haiku are an advantage
- Your very good MS Office skills as well as your analytical abilities help you in your daily business
- Your very good English and German and your open and trustworthy personality enable you to communicate confidently on all levels.
