Quality Manager Data Analytics (m/f/d)


  • Your goal as Quality Manager Data Analytics (m/f/d) is to analyze system/product information along the product lifecycle - thereby contributing to the improvement of product, process and service quality and to a sustainable reduction of warranty costs
  • You will combine quality-relevant information from various internal and external data sources across the group and process it with the stakeholders involved in use cases
  • In the context of strategic and operative departmental goals and KPI's, you will analyse patterns and correlations and interpret e.g. the recognition of causalities and derive quality improvement measures from them
  • Group-wide reports provide the basis for strategic and operational decisions - for this purpose you create them based on data and product analyses of the product life cycle and the application of Advanced Analytics
  • You will identify internal and external quality-relevant data sources along the entire product life cycle and optimize product monitoring and analytics, taking into account departmental goals and technical development (connectivity, big data, advanced analytics)
  • As an expert, you will initiate cross-departmental measures to integrate and optimise data availability, data quality and data analysis
  •  You will be responsible for the technical support of employees in your own and other departments in the use and evaluation of quality-relevant information
  • You will perform your tasks throughout the Group - extensive group-wide communication, cooperation and coordination with internal customers and suppliers at home and abroad is part of your daily work


  • You have successfully completed your master's degree in information technology, mathematics or a similar field
  • You can rely on sound professional experience already gained in the field of Business / Data Analytics
  • Your high affinity for numbers and statistical understanding as well as the ability to connect strategic and operational targets with data and reports distinguishes you and your work
  • You will use your software and programming skills in business intelligence software; analytical procedures; SQL; SAP BW and MS-Office in your work in a targeted manner
  • Your good German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently
  • Team spirit, organisational talent and analytical skills round off your profile
