Process Manager (m/f/d)

  • You challenge and refine implemented Process Management and Organizational framework as well as provide functional leadership towards Process Owners and additionally guide and enable them to fully exploit their Process Management and Organizational Development potential
  • You support the ongoing digital (process) transformation program by designing and modelling templates and eventually rolling them out within the entire Vaillant Group
  • You develop a beyond state-of-the-art digital twin of Vaillant Group in the dimensions of processes, organizational structures, data models, IT systems, workflows and steering mechanisms
  • You model and maintain functional and cross-functional processes using the current BPM suite and develop interfaces to peripheral systems like SAP SolMan 7.2, LeanIX, SAP HCM, Process Mining tools etc.
  • You plan, initialize and implement organizational as well as process improvement initiatives as responsible Project Manager for allocated projects
  • You act as valued senior consultant for Management to discuss and decide on strategically important topics


  • You have successfully completed your master studies in engineering or business administration and desirably a PhD
  • You bring along at least 5 years of professional experience in managerial positions with focus on process management, organizational development and project management
  • You have experience in process modelling ideally with ARIS
  • You have excellent analytical, communicational and social skills as well as fluent business English skills and profound IT skills; programming and workflow coding skills are desirable
  • High own initiative, motivation, global thinking and team-working-ability complete your profile
