Process Manager (m/f/d) EDM

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will be part of the Business Transformation Project “Digital Process World” which will shape the future IT Landscape of the Vaillant Group
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the master data strategy for defined master data objects (e.g. Customer Master)
• You act as sparring partner for project managers and team members to discuss important process and data-related integration issues
• You ensure a cross-functional coordination of customer requirements, the coordination of an adequate data structure as well as a sustainable improvement of the master data processes
• The definition of group-wide data quality standards and metrics in close cooperation with the functional departments is one of your core tasks
• You will be responsible for communicating the results to all participants and moderating potential conflicts of interest

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• You have completed a Master´s degree in engineering, business administration or business computing
• You bring along over 5 years of professional experience in managerial positions with focus on Process and Project Management
• You have SAP knowlege, Salesforce experience is appreciated
• Excellent analytical, communication and social skills are a matter of course for you
• You are business fluent in the English language
