HR Specialist (m/f) Global Talent Management

  • You support decisively in the implementation of group-wide Talent Management Processes, such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Development as well as Leadership & Employee Development and promote actively their further development
  • You autonomously develop new and/or revise existing Human Resources Development concepts for Vaillant Group in collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners
  • You elaborate global standards and ensure their compliance in cooperation with the relevant interfaces and stakeholders
  • You assist in group-wide HR projects and/or manage (sub)projects independently
  • You benefit from your customers as valuable sparring partners and consult in the realization of HR concepts
  • You make use of customer-oriented and digital communication methods, such as Workshops, Quick Guides, Web Sessions for the implementation of concepts


  • Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar education
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Talent Management/Human Resources Development in an international environment
  • Experience in the conception and implementation of Human Resources Development Concepts, especially in the areas of Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Development as well as Leadership & Employee Development
  • Ability to interact and distinct communication skills in an international surrounding
  • Structured, methodological and process-oriented workflow including high implementation strength
  • High personal initiative and willingness to take over responsibility within projects
  • Expertise in MS Office and experience in using the common IT applications in the field of Human Resources (Success Factors, SAP)
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Drive to shape our digital future
