Group Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f)
Vaillant GmbH | Remscheid | Germany


  • Lead and manage Supply Chain projects internationally to achieve process improvements, harmonization and standardization with the overall Vaillant Group SC Network
  • Assume responsibility for AS-IS recording & description, SWOT Analysis, process design/conception and elaborate a first impression regarding the project scope/project structure
  • Develop a project scheme including discussion and validation with SCM
  • Define project responsibilities, such as time schedules, project costs and investments, consolidated documents (project contract) and management of different sub projects/task teams including its allocation to responsible departments
  • Manage the IT development and exchange with internal and external IT functions about the timely concept’s realization and trace IT progress including lead management
  • Plan and implement concepts and prepare as well as coordinate training on new processes
  • Prepare final reports containing the project’s experience and conclusions and/or ideas for future projects and present project targets


  • Successfully completed University degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Business Engineering or in a similar field
  • At least three years of experience in Supply Chain project management is strictly required
  • In-depth knowledge in MS Office and advanced knowledge in SAP; experience in data model crunching is preferred as well as process driven behavior
  • Personal strength and the ability to lead/moderate teams without exerting disciplinary pressure
  • A structured and open-minded personality (m(f) being able to transform theoretical ideas into a written concept including its realization
  • Very good German and English language skills
