Group Controlling Analyst (m/f/d)


  • As a business partner for the controlling top management, you proactively support them with questions regarding the course of business and are responsible for conducting monthly briefings
  • For monthly, quarterly and management reportings as part of the annual financial statements, you will prepare analyses and comments which are relevant to the management and decision-making process. You are responsible to the comparison with the previous year, budget and forecast, and to highlight relevant trends and developments
  • You will be responsible for preparing presentations on the course of business for various stakeholders such as the shareholders' committee, supervisory board, shareholders' meeting and banks
  • You will prepare ad-hoc analyses, develop recommendations for action and provide decision-making documents
  • Cross-departmental coordination activities within the controlling department are part of your daily business
  • As part of projects, you will work on the further development of reporting/analysis processes, methods and reports


  • You have successfully completed a university degree in the field of economics with a focus on controlling, accounting or finance and have the necessary technical background
  • You can draw on sound professional experience as an analyst in controlling, preferably in an industrial environment, and have already gained experience as a business partner as well as in project work
  • A confident handling of the current SAP modules helps you in your day-to-day business, as well as your experienced handling of BI management information systems
  • Your strong communication and presentation skills enable you to communicate and present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience. We expect you to have a very good command of English and German
  • Your exceptional commitment, excellent analytical thinking skills and structured, goal-oriented and independent way of working round off your profile
