Trade Marketing manager - Vaillant brand W/M

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reported to Trade-marketing and Communication manager, you will be responsible for the development of the Vaillant brand’s sales network (wholesalers, installers and after-sales services companies) in order to conquer, develop and retain new customers. You will participate to the definition of the brand marketing strategy. 

 

  • You will propose, together with the sales management, promotion mechanisms (sales promotions, campaigns, etc.) for wholesalers and installers/after-sales services companies, and ensure their launch and follow-up,
  • You will lead the Vaillant’s loyalty club (action plan, media communication, animations), participate in recruitment program for new installers and ensure good visibility of the brand with all Vaillant customers,
  • You will be in charge of the development of the sales of our installers/after-sales services companies by giving them some visibility (POS & goodies management) and by proposing tools to conquer end-users (refund offers, partner websites, etc.),
  • You will be the marketing contact for internal/external requests (wholesalers and Vaillant salesforce),
  • You will be in charge of fairs and exhibitions as well as internal showrooms. These topics are often bi-brand and you will deal with them for the 2 brands of the Group (Vaillant and Saunier Duval),
  • You will be involved in organisation of events related to the brand,
  • You will ensure competitive intelligence for all promotional operations,
  • You will be responsible for monitoring your budget and key performance indicators for various operations,
  • You will have regular trips in France and occasional trips in Germany (Remscheid).
     
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • M/F with master’s degree in Marketing/Communication, you have a successful first experience of 2 to 4 years in B2B marketing on similar missions,
  • You are very rigorous and have excellent organizational skills,
  • You have good writing skills, 
  • You are familiar with CAM softwares (In-Design, Photoshop) and Office,
  • Your autonomy, adaptability and interpersonal skills will enable you to become operational in the position quickly,
  • Your French ang English are fluent for regular exchanges with the group.
