Regional Sales Manager - Nanjing

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Channel development & management: Plan, budget, organize and compliment all sales related jobs in the responsible region incl. potential customer finding and channel setting up; Develop multi-sales level system (Distributor, sub-dealer, retailer, end user/project) together with the first level distributor in the area;Manage the creation project reporting system with the distributor;Get first-hand information for customer information database.
  • Marketing development & support: Create and organize regional marketing and advertisement activities, training program for distributors and retailers in regards of sales activities. Keep local branch have a good relationship with government, media and nature gas company, always stand for Vaillant brands reputation.
  • Target Agreement: Achieve the target in regards of sales qty, price and product ratio and other criteria, with total sales revenue over RMB 100,000,000.
  • Sales Reports: Sales report delivery on regular basis.
  • Management tasks:Support in regional business plan / Region project leader and market development / Assist in local marketing activities / Coordinate local service activity and support service sales / Monitor dealer’s inventory level / Supervise local branch operation, incl. budgeting and expense control, projects coordination and cross selling coordination if needed / Employees’ development proposal and implementation together with HR dept / Team building and motivation / Cascade sales target to each representative / Optimise sales related process and make product suggestion to SM&PM
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • HVAC or relevant bachelor degree
  • Working experiences in sales 6 years or above, minimum 3 years sales management experiences
  • English skills and presentation skills required
  • Good understanding for industry market
  • Be adept in communication skills and marketing exploitation
  • Good self-starter and team member
