WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Operate as the local overall project manager for the change activities.
  • Assist in the chairing and overall management of the Change Advisory Board process.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business at all levels to understand their objectives, priorities, influence in the business and involvement and expectations of the programme.
  • Promote and support the local DPW program via change management, including communicating the benefits and rationale of the DPW programme across the stakeholder community in the UK via communications and engagement activities.
  • Manage change actions towards business processes and escalate to local business managers in case of missing alignment in or between departments.
  • Support the development, design and training of the new Project Management Academy, ensuring organisation members are trained and skilled.
  • Work closely with the solutions build team to ensure development milestones, both local and at Group level are maintained and met to project plan and specification.
  • Manage and support trained project academy members across the business to serve as ambassadors for change.
  • Ensure the guidelines of project and change management are followed using established templates and processes.
  • Act as a central training expert for the facilitation of project methodologies and training experiences.
  • Monitor project status, milestones, KPI’s and reports on project status using Square One.
  • Interact with the key users and stakeholders to gather business needs, strategies and ensure projects are aligned with the CAB prioritisation process.
  • Manage the progress of the cutover activities for BCM, in collaboration with rollout teams.
  • Coordinate all business requirements and development related to the workstream areas and feed this into DPW/Group.
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of future releases into the business, following the appropriate change management and change impact assessment processes.
  • Ensure the organisation is following basic project and change management templates established within the organisation.
  • Maintain communication on CAB status, feedbacks and change process.
  • Provide continual enhancement of the Project Management Academy.
  • Facilitate any other duties requested by the line manager.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Experience in managing at least two large projects from concept to rollout.
  • The ability to speak confidently and be able to project and direct.
  • The understanding of business change and project approval boards.
  • Experience in the construction and enhancement of project management training plans and structure.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Self-starter.
  • Experience in different project methodology styles, including agile and waterfall.
  • Experience in coordinating and engaging with international teams.
  • Experience with project management tools and practises.
  • Understanding of Salesforce and SAP Enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of Jira and Confluence.
