Loyalty Marketing Assistant

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • A vacancy has arisen in the Marketing department for a Loyalty Marketing Assistant. The objective of the role is to support the loyalty team in the daily Loyalty scheme administration, system administration and content maintenance as set out by the UK Customer Engagement Manager that meet clear and quantifiable objectives for two UK based Business to Business loyalty schemes.
  • Be the first point of contact for the field based and digital salesforce who require support on the loyalty schemes.
  • Manage the loyalty online catalogue, supply and content. Working closely with our procurement team, Suppliers and fulfillment agencies to ensure supply and demand is met.
  • Work with and support the Senior Loyalty Executive to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Loyalty campaigns as set out by the UK Customer Engagement Manager which will meet or exceed the objectives set out in the UK loyalty plan.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing communication plan ensuring message volume and frequency to our customer is controlled.
  • Supporting the Senior Loyalty Executive in creating and sending Loyalty targeted communications and offers in line with the campaign and communication plan.
  • Raise and manage through the loyalty teams purchase orders in line with procurement.
  • Develop effective relationships with Marketing Assistant(s) to share learnings and work cross functionality with legal team to ensure all loyalty activity is compliant with latest guidelines and advice given.
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Qualified to degree level, Marketing degree or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills – shows confidence in communication with a range of stakeholders and has an ability to work cross functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high workload volumes.
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, often under pressure and tenacious – you will have an eye for detail and strive for excellence in campaign delivery.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
