Customer Service Advisor

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Provide an effortless customer journey and experience to Priority and Trade Customers.
  • A multi- skilled environment providing Customer Care upskilling along with Scheduling and Spares base line skills to provide an effective and efficient customer journey.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service to B2B and B2C within agreed SLA’s.
  • Deliver an effortless customer service to Priority and Trade customers.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate knowledge on Priority customer requirements and SLA’s. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to support the Customer Care team.
  • Assist with Scheduling and Spares processes.
  • Provide an efficient and effective service to our field engineers.
  • Promote a positive image of Vaillant Service to all customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills. 
 

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Ability to take ownership through to fruition to deliver on promises.
  • Professional working standards.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of Priority and Trade clients and agreed SLA’s.
  • Understanding of an Automatic Scheduling Engine.
  • Computer literate with the ability and skill to understand and address emails and responses.
  • Achieve monthly KPI’s (own and team performance).
  • Build relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Motivated to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Confident and assertive with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starting with a positive outlook, determination and passion to succeed.
  • Demonstrate the aptitude and attitude to drive high standards and achieve targets.
  • Self-motivating with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Fully Flexible Working Hours – 42.75 Monday to Sunday.
